Note: If you are logged in as an administrator you will be asked to select an account to work with in order to view information specific to the account selected.

Open Orders & Quotes

The top of the dashboard will show any orders or quotes that have been started, but not yet completed.   You may select an open order or quote and continue adding items and completing the order or you may delete any unwanted carts from the dashboard.

if an order is already selected – you will see the order highlighted in blue.

You may switch carts or deselect the cart you are working with at any time by clicking the shopping cart icon in the header.

Recent Orders

The bottom portion of the dashboard will show any orders or quotes that have recently been completed. 

Add Items

Between Open Quotes and Orders and Recent Orders are three options for finding and adding products to your cart.  

1. Item Search – search for items using keywords, part number, etc.
2. Quick Order – quickly order multiple items by entering part numbers and quantities needed.
3. Browse Catalog & Order – quickly order multiple items by entering part numbers and quantities needed.

1. Quick Order – enter multiple item numbers and quantities to add to cart
   
2. Upload Items – upload a CSV files of items and quantities to be added to cart

Quick Quote/Order

If you already know the item numbers of the items you wish to add to cart, enter as many as necessary along with quantity and quickly add multiple items to your cart.

1. Item Number – specific item number of item to be added
2. Quantity – quantity of specified item to be added.
3. Add New – will allow you to add additional rows to the form.
4. Clear – will clear any information entered into the form.
5. Add to Cart – will add all specified items and quantities to cart.

Upload Items

Use the template provided on the screen to enter items and quantities into a CSV file which may be uploaded later to add items to cart.

1. Click to download template.  (CSV files should contain two columns with headings Item Number and Quantity)
   
2. Drag and drop completed file into this space to quickly add items to a cart.
   

Upon dragging file into upload area – Quick Quote/Order section will be populated with information from file.

Search and Filter

Items may be searched for by part number and/or keywords.   Once results are returned, items may be filtered further using the “Filter Result” text field.

View Additional Information

Additional information about the item can be viewed by clicking the “eye” icon next to the item.

General Information

General information related to the product such as item numbers, inventory information, descriptions, etc.

Attributes

Any additional attributes about the item may be viewed.

Articles and Documents

Any associated service articles and/or documentation such as installation instructions or warranty information may also be viewed on this screen.

Fitment

Information about what the item fits is also available in this view.

Easily drill down through categories to find products – once on the product page all information related to the product will be available

Grant your trading partners access to the Partner Portal where they can access product information, place orders as well as view past orders and current order status via the Partner Portal Dashboard.

Trading partners have options when looking for the most accurate and up-to-date information about your products or if they’re ready to place an order.

The Item Search allows partners to quickly search for an item, get accurate pricing or view detailed information about the product including articles, documentation or fitment if applicable.

For partners more familiar with your catalog, they may place items into a cart via Quick Order using your item numbers. For partners less familiar with your catalog, they have the option to browse the catalog by clicking through categories to find exactly what they’re looking for.
